Neon Noir was founded by Lindsey & Bobby, a duo who share a love for pushing the boundaries of design. With over 20 years of combined experience in hospitality, design, & construction, they saw a gap in the market for bold, personalized spaces that don’t compromise on functionality. What started as a dream to bring more creativity into the world has turned into a full-service design studio that helps homeowners, businesses, & property owners turn their spaces into something extraordinary.

Through her work within hotels, resorts, restaurants, & tour companies, Lindsey has garnered a deep understanding of the experiences that bring us joy & the “behind-the-scenes” of what it takes to make them happen. Her customer-centric mindset & focus on the use of space helps to create designs that function just as beautifully as they look. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling & exploring new cultures, which continues to inspire her work as a designer. She believes the best designs are those that tell a story & evoke a sense of place; a philosophy that’s evident in every project she takes on.

With over a decade of experience in construction & sales, Bobby has a keen eye for transforming spaces beyond expectations. His unique blend of technical expertise & real estate insight ensures that every project is not only functional but also visually striking. Committed to doing things the right way, Bobby prioritizes meticulous craftsmanship, attention to detail, & high-quality execution—turning each project into something truly remarkable. When he’s not immersed in remodeling, you’ll find him traveling or cruising around town with his family in their classic car.

Dusty is a versatile creator who has a passion for closing problem gaps & connecting people. They are dedicated to wholehearted living & take pride in leaving this world better than they found it. With a background in custom furniture building, casework design & fabrication, & project management, she's excited to bring her well rounded design & construction experience to Neon Noir. In their free time Dusty loves spending time outside in nature, camping, doing yoga, & is always up for a day of adventure with people she loves.
aubrie mabe
Aubrie is a former client of Neon Noir, turned friend, now teamster! She brings a great eye for design & an impeccable knack for organization & detail to each project. She loves leaving things prettier than when she found them, & has spent the better part of a decade updating her 1950s rambler-- adding her own unique style to the home while staying true to the Midcentury modern era of design. Aubrie has a passion for vintage furniture & true crime podcasts. Reading, crafting, coloring & hanging with her cute family are among the other loves of her life.

With over 12 years of experience in interior & exterior painting, & more than 6 years managing the maintenance department in property management, Jake has built a reputation for integrity. His attention to detail ensures that even the smallest aspects of a home shine. In his free time, Jake enjoys being in the mountains, chasing snow, or playing hockey. His passion for winter sports has taken him around the world, where he has gained inspiration from various cultures to bring fresh ideas to his projects.

With almost a decade of operations management experience, Sarah serves as a support system for small businesses. There's nothing she loves more than working hand-in-hand with business owners to create efficient processes. Her attention to detail & inquisitive nature allow her to find the root of problems & lead to creating a more seamless experience both internally & externally. Sarah is known for creating meaningful relationships, mindfully connecting the world of business with her love of community, & truly believing in a fair & equitable workplace for all people.
