1. Eligibility for Returns




  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  1. Gift cards
  1. Final sale or clearance items
  2. Customized or personalized products


2. Process for Returns

Contact Us:
  • Email us at orders@weareneonnoir.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the product.

Return Authorization:
  • We will review your request and provide a return authorization, along with instructions on how to send the item back.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

3. Refunds

Approved Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method:
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Shipping Fees:
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at orders@weareneonnoir.com to arrange a replacement.


5. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process will apply.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked "final sale."
  • Customized or personalized products.

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before addressing your requests. Please note that during transmission, your information may be vulnerable to interception by third parties, and we cannot guarantee the security of data in transit. If you choose to contact Neon Noir staff through email, SMS, online forms, or other electronic communication methods, you may be asked to provide personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number. The purpose of collecting this information is to respond to your inquiry or to improve our services. If you have concerns about how your data is being handled, please contact us. If your concern is not resolved, you may lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority.

Only authorized Neon Noir staff will have access to this information, and it will be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided.
